George is a self-taught Italian Argentine artist who embraces a limitless joy of living.
He began his formal university studies in Veterinary school in Buenos Aires.
His life long fascination with nature began early and led to drawing and watercolor studies of plants and animals.
He has a special interest in botanical and floral watercolors.
He remains deeply involved in the Dog world and in Orchid culture.
George owned and operated a 1/2 acre orchid nursery on Maui for eight years.
His relocation from Buenos Aires to California led him to studies of Interior design, Garden Design and Home design as well as Stone Carving.
His indomitable spirit, artistry and reliance on his Italian ancestry led him to his first piece of large sculpture:
a house ... and this led to another and then another.
He is currently designing his new home and studio in Sonoma County.
George began an interest in Portraiture following the birth of his nieces.
The joyous presence of these twin girls inspired him to capture the playfulness of their young lives.
The twins have their own ideas and surprised everyone with their precocious desire to model with emotion.
Their Dance class friends offer a new source of inspiration for George.
